Frequent Guest Tier benefits
As a Frequent Guest, you’ll earn 1 African Peninsula Rand for every R10 you spend on qualifying rates
for accommodation. Once you’ve stayed with us for 10 nights or more in a 12 month period, you’ll be
promoted to Executive status & earn 1.2 African Peninsula Rand for every R10 spent. Not only will you
earn African Peninsula Rands which quickly add up to free holidays, but you’ll enjoy the following benefits
(subject to general conditions).

Executive Tier benefits
To qualify as a Executive member, you’ll need to stay at least 10 nights within a 12 month period. You’ll
earn 1.2 African Peninsula Rands for every R10 spent. In addition to the Frequent Guest Tier benefits,
you’ll enjoy the following exclusive privileges and revised African Peninsula Rands earning power (subject
to general conditions).

1. Earn 12% African Peninsula Rands on qualifying rates .
2. Exclusive Frequent Guest Corporate rates.
3. Regular exclusive offers that cut your holiday and leisure costs.
4. Pay single, stay double; your partner stays free when you pay single Corporate rates, plus maximum 2
children under 18 stay free where family rooms are available.
5. Free African Peninsula Rands summary every quarter.

Director Tier Benefits
To qualify as a Director member, you’ll need to stay at least 20 nights within a 12 month period. You’ll
earn 1.5 African Peninsula Rands for every R10 spent. In addition to the Executive Tier benefits, you’ll
enjoy the following exclusive privileges and revised African Peninsula Rands earning power (subject to
general conditions).

1. Earn 15% African Peninsula Rands on qualifying rates.
2. Priority reservations:  your reservation request gets top priority status.
3. Complimentary early check-in from 8:00 and late check-out to 16:00 on prior notice. (Subject to
availability).
4. Best available room on check-in. (subject to availability).


President Tier benefits
The prestigious President card is awarded to those Frequent Guests who have stayed most often during
the year. President card holders earn 2 African Peninsula Rands for every R10 spent. In addition to the
Executive and Director level benefits, these Frequent Guests receive the highest level of privileges and
increased African Peninsula Rands earning power (subject to general conditions).

1. Earn 20% African Peninsula Rands on qualifying rates.
2. Guaranteed room reservation when you book 72 hours in advance (excludes special events and peak
holiday periods).

About African Peninsula Rands

The foundation of the Frequent Guest programme is the African Peninsula Rand. You earn African
Peninsula Rands every time you stay with us on a qualifying rate. It's so easy to earn African Peninsula
Rands towards your free holidays.

How to earn African Peninsula Rands

Every R10 you spend equals 1 African Peninsula Rand as an Frequent Guest Level member. The
more you stay, the more you earn with tiered rewards.
African Peninsula Rands are calculated on your entire bill for qualifying rates.
Even while spending African Peninsula Rands on your holiday (when paying a qualifying rate) you will
earn African Peninsula Rands on qualifying items, but not on the redeemed accommodation portion of
the African Peninsula Rands redemption.
African Peninsula Rands are recorded and credited to your account within 24 hours of your stay.

Active members will receive quarterly African Peninsula Rands summaries to advise them of African
Peninsula Rands earned and expiry details.

How to book your holiday & redeem your African Peninsula Rands

Spending your African Peninsula Rands is easy. As soon as you've earned enough African Peninsula
Rands, you can take your free holiday at the African Peninsula Guest House.
Your African Peninsula Rands are regarded as "cash" which can be used for payment of
accommodation on any available rate booked through the AfricanPeninsula Online Reservations.
Step 1.  Check availability online.
Step 2.  Select your suite and submit booking. (Remember you must quote your membership number
and the reference number of the special offer.)
Step 3.  You will receive a automated confirmation of booking at published rates immediately via our
automated booking system and via your e-mail.
Step4. We will adjust your booking rates to your "Club Member" special rates and e-mail you a
confirmation within 24 hours.

For redemption purposes 1 African Peninsula Rand equals R1 (one Rand).

Accumulate 50% of the African Peninsula Rands required for a free holiday and then pay for the
balance on arrival.

African Peninsula Rands bookings must be made through the African Peninsula Reservations prior to
arrival.

Bookings are subject to availability, and must include a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night.

When making a African Peninsula Rands redemption booking please remember to quote your Free
Club Registration number.

How to cancel your African Peninsula Rands redemption

If you cancel your booking with the African Peninsula Reservations 15 days before arrival you will not
forfeit your African Peninsula Rands.
Your African Peninsula Rands will be forfeited if you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before
arrival,  or fail to arrive.
Any African Peninsula Rands which would have expired at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.

African Peninsula Rands validity
African Peninsula Rands are valid for up to 12 months.

Presidential Tier: African Peninsula Rands never expire while you remain a Presidential member.

The date that you depart, the guest house determines the period in which African Peninsula Rands are
earned. African Peninsula Rands not utilised by the expiry date will be forfeited. However, you can add
another 6 months to the validity period of your African Peninsula Rands by booking your future holiday
just before your African Peninsula Rands are due to expire.

Qualifying Accommodation Rates
Qualifying rates are African Peninsula Guest House published rates as advertised on our online
reservations web site.
Disqualification.
Any member will be disqualified should they not adhere to the payment terms as well as the African
Peninsula Guest House general terms & conditions.

African Peninsula Guest House reserves the right to change  or amend any of the terms & conditions
without notice.
